Shipping Policy

Please allow 3-5 days to process your order. All domestic and international orders will ship by UPS Ground or USPS flat rate.

For international orders, all applicable duty, custom charges, and taxes are not included in the shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

I hope you love what you ordered. In the event that you don’t, I’m happy to issue a store credit on the product within 14 days of the date your order was shipped. Items with original tags that have not been worn, washed, or altered can be exchanged or returned for a full refund minus shipping.

To return or exchange an item, please contact me at hello@fishercatfiberco.com. Please let me know why you’d like to return your item, what item you’re returning, and your order number.

Please report any items received as damaged within 48 hours of receipt, and I’ll make sure to issue a refund, store credit, or coordinate an exchange. Refunds are applied to the payment method used to place the order.
